- Sleep: good. Got a decent sized nap in yesterday afternoon as well.
- Nutrition: Ate a lot yesterday, back to normal now.
- Body: Feel pretty good honestly, nowhere near as sore as I was expecting. Pretty stiff all over, but mostly just tired. Shoulders and chest are pretty damn tight, but my legs feel pretty good. Also surprised that my abs are decently sore as well. Taking the next two days easy to relax and lower some stress, then I will probably get back to training normal on thursday.

Rest
Took a recovery day. Same for tomorrow.
