Notes for the week:
- Notes: Had a nice and relaxed week but still got some good training in. Did some heavy pulls, some cleans, and got a nice squat/rope climb work in earlier in the week. Still sticking with the cffb programming and I am really enjoying it.
- Sleep: Didn't get much last night, but overall I got lots of sleep over the break and have been feeling good.
- Nutrition: Pretty much ate whatever I wanted, stayed pretty reasonable though. Had some awesome sashimi last night.
- Body: Abs have been sore the past couple of days from some GHD situps. I have a few other tight spots, but no other issues going on. Foot is occasionally being weird still.
- General: Back to normal work/sleep schedule this week. Going to find some time before friday to do the water tread.
