- Notes: Felt great today. High energy levels and felt pretty strong, although my HSPU were pretty weak as always. The deadlifts were at about the perfect weight, they felt pretty heavy.
- Sleep: Good.
- Nutrition: Good, minus some ice cream last night. Did the workout fasted this morning and felt awesome, just had a little bit of coffee before. Grocery run today.
- Body: Feel awesome yet again. Have had very minimal soreness the past week and got in a solid week of lifting. Tomorrow is rest day.
- General: Stress is probably going to be a little high the next week. Have a lot of work to do and will be pretty busy, but I will try to get as much down time and sleep as I can.
