- Notes: Fun workout, my grip was just fried afterwards. 70# ended up being a perfect weight for the number of rounds, as I was feeling iffy about it at 5 rounds. I usually use that as a good measure...if you are doubting finishing at that weight about 1/3 of the way through, you picked a good weight.
- Sleep: 7 hours or so.
- Nutrition: Junky last night. Had some beer and sub.
- Body: Good. Foot is a little sore again...it still does this every once in a while and I still don't get it. But no problems so that is good. Glute/hams are a little tight.
