- Sleep: Got in bed pretty late, decent hours though.
- Nutrition: Awful last night. Overate late night with some junk and just felt awful all day today. I am trying to find some sort of consistency with occasionally cheating, usually once a weak or so, and staying clean the rest of the week. I seem to do fine with ice cream (and enjoy it more too), but going heavy on the gluten/grainy stuff just makes me feel like dogshit so I am going to be avoiding that.
- Body: Calves are very sore from thursday still, good other than that. Almost once a week my foot kinda flares up and gets sore in that same spot and then is gone by the next day...I really don't get it but hopefully it will just go away since it isn't giving me problems.

Rest day
Played ultimate this evening as usual, rested otherwise.
