- Notes: Felt good to lift again today, especially to squat. My hip flexors were a little bit tight while I was warming up for the squats but they started to feel really good.
- Sleep: 7 hours + 1 hour nap.
- Nutrition: Good. I noticed I felt slightly sluggish after having a bigger breakfast early on. Felt great for the workout, but that was after napping. Might try a smaller breakfast and then something before the workout on these days.
- Body: Feel good. Another interesting observation from the burpees...my serratus was sore as hell the past few days. Not somewhere you would really suspect, but they were very tender. Feel great today - high energy and good mood. Sunshine always helps.
