- Notes: Held most of them at 0:31 until I kinda fell off the wagon on the last two. Felt strong, just like my stride was getting a little too long. Levers are still coming along.
- Body: Pretty sore. Hamstrings and abs have the worst of it, but my traps and hip flexors are also a little tight. The plantar warts on my right foot are starting to get bad...starting to feel it when I walk and run. Trying some home treatments but might have to get them frozen soon if they don't improve.
