- Notes: Felt great the entire workout - energy levels were good and my form felt good on everything, especially the squat. The metcon wiped me out, first time sprinting in a long time and the combo was tough...forgot what that felt like. No time element, this one was about work volume but it was definitely conditioning as well.
- Sleep: Had trouble going to sleep because I snagged a quick nap earlier in the night, but I woke up feeling good.
- Nutrition: Great. Really starting to like the clam soup I have been making.
- Body: Great. Big day tomorrow.
