Played some basketball, hopped in the pool for some underwaters, and did some heat/cold recovery.
- Sleep: Decent.
- Nutrition: Got some awesome food for this week. Some of my proteins for the week include carne asada, chicken basil sausage, meatloaf, clam meat, pork ribs, bacon, and canned salmon. Also picked up jicama, sweet potato, and acorn squash that I cooked last night and have ready for post workout throughout the week.
- Body: Hips and hammies are a little stiff today. Rolled my ankle playing basketball today and it is a little sore, but shouldn't be an issue going forward.
