PC/box jumps, WCU

Morning

(1) on the minute for 15 minutes:
2 x power clean, 131#
1 x seated box jump

Worked up to high box + 4 or 5 plates

(2) Find max height seated box jump, then work them from standing

(3) 3x max reps weighted chinups w/ chains - 12, 11, 10
