- Notes: I was a little pressed for time today, so had to kind of fly through this. Front squat felt good and I could have gone heavier. Box jumps felt very good, haven't done high ones in a while. Pullups didn't feel very strong for some reason today.
- Sleep: Good.
- Nutrition: Good. Had an awesome dinner last night - about 1/2 pound carne asada scrambled with 3 eggs and orange peppers, broccoli, and onion. For breakfast I had 4-5 pieces of bacon, a peach, 1 avocado w/ raisins, some broccoli and onion cooked in the bacon grease, and 1 boiled egg...had to last me until about 3 this afternoon.
- Body: Hips are a little tight all over - flexors, abductors, glutes. Feel good everywhere else.
