Today's breakfast:
Baked acorn squash w/ butter and cinnamon, stuffed with sausage, broccoli, and onions
- Sleep: Good. Finally caught up, although I am little out of whack sleeping in pretty late.
- Nutrition: Been a little crappy this weekend. I really liked the squash recipe. First time I have tried anything like it and will definitely be doing it more. Have a good idea for something new for dinner as well.
- Body: Ankle is tender and a little bit swollen. I have a fair amount of pain when I evert my foot. I will be wearing an ankle brace at the game just in case. Back of my hip capsules are also very tight.
- General: Excited to start this week of training. Doing a CFFB week and have a lot of fun workouts planned.
