KTE/clean/burpee metcon

1300 PT

100 double unders, 20 pushups in between sets

5 rounds for time:
15 burpees
10 power cleans, 95#
5 knees to elbows

Time - 12:49


1:00 overhead hold, 45# plate
1:00 leaning rest
1:00 overhead hold, 45# plate
0:30 leaning rest w/ 45# plate

50 pushups


  • Notes: Metcon was pretty cruel. Lower back tired out pretty quickly on the cleans, but the burpees were the hardest part.
  • Nutrition: Good.
  • Body: Feel great. Left quad is slightly sore.
