- Notes: Had to wait for the rower at several points which was annoying, so wasn't as hard as it should have been. Push presses were tough, they were starting to turn into jerks towards the end.
- Nutrition: Much better last night.
- Body: Lower back is still really sore and tight.
- General: Rest day tomorrow.
