Handstand practice
- This is wasn't too bad, honestly it was more about form than anything else and I really focused on that. New shoes came in and they feel great. Handstand is also improving.
- Body condition: No soreness, ready to get some.
- Tomorrow is gonna be a bitch... Cindy w/ 15# backpack.
