Thanksgiving - 5 miler and overhead squats

Early Evening


Warmup:

1 CVP
Small sets of overhead squats w/ bar


Workout:

100 overhead squats, 45# in as few sets as possible

Each time I put the bar down I counted as a foul, which was 1 CVP
(stopped at 20, 43, 70)
