Warmup:


Leg lift circuit, 10 reps each

400m jog

Strides


Workout:


(1) Tabata sprints - 20:10 x 8

Treadmill with 12% incline, 6:11 pace


Took about an hour rest


(2) 12-9-6 of:
Weighted pullups, 20# backpack
Single leg squats
HSPU
