Bench press

Strict chinups

2 minutes leaning rest


  • Notes: Awesome day. Sprints felt great and it was my first solid run workout in a while; push press also felt decent. Could have used more weight on the high rep bench, it was easy. Splitting up the workouts definitely helped enormously since I was outside working today.
  • Sleep: Good.
  • Nutrition: Good.
  • Body: Not really sore anywhere, but I definitely have some tightness on the right side of my upper back around my scap. Need to get the ball in there.
