- Notes: Easy day again. I am getting thirsty for heavy weights again, which is what this week was supposed to accomplish. Run was fine, hip flexor got tight toward the end again.
- Sleep: Yikes...got to bed late. Feel fine though.
- Nutrition: Good + drinks.
- Body: Fine. Feeling pretty solid and much more recovered. Almost feel out of shape. I am still getting hip flexor tightness as soon as I get past 1-2 miles running. It's gotta be some kind of imbalance somewhere between legs/core that's keeping things tight, still trying to figure it out.
