Rest

Rest day. Played a little golf.

  • Sleep: 6 hours + naps here and there. Got in really late last night.
  • Nutrition: Meals were good but a lot of junk in between and drinking yesterday. Felt pretty rough today.
  • Body: Hip flexors are sore, everything else is good.
  • General: Deload week this week for my major lifts, but everything else will be the same.
