  • Notes: Fun day, I like overhead carries a lot. Just trying to keep your core tight is always a challenge. Strayed light on the cleans.
  • Sleep: Good.
  • Nutrition: Decent. I made about 4.5 pounds of pork ribs last night that were incredible. Ribs are probably my favorite meal when I am really hungry.
  • Body: Feel good.
