- Notes: Fun day, I like overhead carries a lot. Just trying to keep your core tight is always a challenge. Strayed light on the cleans.
- Sleep: Good.
- Nutrition: Decent. I made about 4.5 pounds of pork ribs last night that were incredible. Ribs are probably my favorite meal when I am really hungry.
- Body: Feel good.
