- Notes: Post from yesterday got deleted somehow, but yesterday was an awesome day. No soreness from it today either. Little disappointed in the amrap today...I was struggling.
- Nutrition: Solid.
- Sleep: Good, pretty restless last night though for some reason.
- Body: BW 160#, RHR 53. No soreness, just a little tight in my glutes. Feel good overall.
