Every 30 seconds for 15 minutes:

AMRAP in 10 minutes w/ 20# weight vest:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

Score - 7 rounds + 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 12 squats


  • Notes: Post from yesterday got deleted somehow, but yesterday was an awesome day. No soreness from it today either. Little disappointed in the amrap today...I was struggling.
  • Nutrition: Solid.
  • Sleep: Good, pretty restless last night though for some reason.
  • Body: BW 160#, RHR 53. No soreness, just a little tight in my glutes. Feel good overall.
