- Notes: It was really a nice mental break not having heavy weight on my back today, so that probably means this will be a welcomed lower intensity week. Metcon was tough just because the pushups slowed me down a lot.
- Sleep: Awesome for once. Full 9.5-10 hours and slept like a baby.
- Nutrition: Also much better.
- Body: Hip flexors still tight but other than that I am doing well. Neck is a little sore.
