- Notes: I debated with myself over training today, I had a big sprint workout planned as well but I am about to have a long day of likely unhealthy eating/drinking, so I will save that for a day when I can actually recover. Squats were heavy again, but I am sticking with it.
- Sleep: Good.
- Nutrition: About to get pretty ugly, I feel pretty fat too.
- Body: Adductors and hip internal rotators were tight today, which obviously made squatting a little difficult. Right hip flexor is very tight, no doubt as a result of the other areas being tight.
- General: Officially done with sophomore year of college. Time to celebrate and enjoy my last day in Colorado with friends before I go home tomorrow for a month. Happy 5th everyone.
