- Notes: The squat was really hard today, timing worked out pretty perfectly before my deload week. I could probably squeeze out 190# but I will get it on the next time around. A month or two ago I did five singles at 190-195# and was struggling to get them, so I feel good about my progress. These strength days are starting to take forever because I need so much rest between sets.
- Sleep: Better, but I just feel off about it. Sleep schedule is all messed up.
- Nutrition: Feels about the same as my sleep...good enough, but just kinda out of whack. Late night stuff mostly.
- Body: Calves are still very tight, mostly lower by my achilles. Need to work on unknotting my upper back today.
