- Notes: Today was just about moving some light weight quickly and getting breathing. Not too taxing at all.
- Sleep: Good.
- Nutrition: Decent, some ice cream last night. I am going to pull back to normal eating this week since I don't need to be throwing down a bunch of food for recovery.
- Body: BW 164# (not sure I believe that), RHR 48. Hip flexors feel much better today. Biceps and elbows are pretty sore. If I am really 164# then that's awesome, but I was using a different scale from usual so I would be surprised.
