- Notes: Big southern steeplechase event yesterday...meant basically drinking and eating all day with my friends. Fun, but definitely need a day to recover today.
- Sleep: Something weird is going on with my sleep recently. Since thursday night I just straight up have not been able to get full sleep cycles in. I can't fall asleep and I literally feel "awake" the whole night although I'm not completely. Lot's of tossing and turning and mind racing, which sounds like a cortisol thing, though I am the least stressed I have been in months. Hopefully it's not an overtraining thing, but I will keep an eye on it.
- Nutrition: Don't even want to discuss yesterday...
- Body: No soreness. I still have slight swelling in my lymph node from that tick bite, but it actually seems to be improving.

Yesterday and today were off days.
