- Notes: Good day. I filmed my squats and they look pretty solid. Thursday will be a struggle but I can get it.
- Sleep: Normal.
- Body: My right hip flexor is very tight and sore for some reason. I might ice it a little today in addition to some soft tissue work. Hopefully it won't be hanging around for too long.
