Easy run

Run 30 minutes, comfortable pace
Bobo trail - flat, dirt/gravel


  • Notes: Hip flexor was a little tight as expected, but the longer I went I felt like I was kinda breaking through that. Interestingly when I locked in my form the tightness started going away. Foot was a little sore too. Both of these things feel like they are those issues that need to just be run through and then magically disappear.
  • Sleep: Oh baby, 10.5 hours.
  • Nutrition: Meh.
  • Body: Good.
