- Notes: Track had some crusty snow on half of it so the footing made keeping the pace a little difficult, but it was good practice for the trails. Front lever is really getting there, I can almost hold it.
- Body: Posterior chain is pretty trashed from yesterday, which is good. Gotta get it turned around for some deadlifts tomorrow.
