- Notes: Squat were a little more of a grind, but still feeling good. The couplet was really hard, 45# pretty much burned out my legs and shoulders. Dips are feeling really good though.
- *Update: Doing lunge-intensive work at the start of a 3-day schedule is never intelligent.
