- Notes: Squat felt good today. Little more strain on my hip flexors than usual for some reason. Press was tough, but I was squeezing out the last rep. Pullup bar was set low enough that I didn't have to jump during the metcon, so it was significantly easier than normal. Broke it up into 40-20-20-20.
- Body: Hip flexors are sore.
