Half cindy, "DT"

PT

(1) 10 minute AMRAP:
5 pullups
10 ring pushups
15 squats

9 or 10 rounds

(2) 5 rounds for time, 65# barbell:
12 deadlifts
9 hang cleans
6 push jerks

Time - 6:32


  • Notes: Pretty much fully back from the surgery and feeling good. Next couple of days will be pretty relaxed, won't be doing too many workouts most likely.
