- Notes: This was my metcon for the week. Pretty tough, I was sucking wind.
- Body: Feeling pretty great. Hips are a little tight as usual but I am working on them every day.
- Tomorrow: Benching then doing some explosive squat work. First ultimate game tomorrow afternoon as well and I am very excited.
