Warmup:

800m jog and some stretches

Workout:

(1) Tabata sprints - on treadmill w/ 12% grade

20:10 x 8
Pace- 6:15 per mile

(2) Push jerks 3-3-3-3-3

Loads: 95#, 115#, 125#, 125#, 115#

(3) Row 1000m
