Thursday - swim/run

1500 - swim

500 yd w/u - css + kick and pull drills
5 x 100 yd css sprints @ 1:48, 1:50, 1:46, 1:47, 1:48
500 yd c/d - css + kick and pull drills

run - 1:22 @ walker ranch, CW loop


  • Notes: Decent day. Had a nice long week of rest and celebrating graduation, worked out here and there but nothing too strenuous. Feeling good and ready to train for the summer.
  • Body: Hips are tight, been doing a lot of traveling.
