 1) 400m jog


2) skills and drills:

walking stretches

sprint prep - A skip, B skip, St. leg skips, carioca

ramping power bounds - 4x30m

accelerations - 2x60m rolling start, 2x60m static starts


3) 5 x 200m @ 0:35 pace

triple recovery, walk 100m 

focus = tall, relaxed, breathe, powerful


4) 400m cooldown jog


  • Notes: This felt amazing today. Great to get aggressive on the track again.
