- Notes: Went to the mountains this weekend to ski so no training. Schedule still isn't finalized so I am not yet able to get into the gym regularly during the week, but that will end after this week. Worked the metcon cautiously to test out the shoulder and everything felt pretty good. Kipping feels much better than strict dead hangs right now, so that's what I am going to roll with for now.
- General: Need to find a race/competition soon, I am getting antsy.
